Powerlines requires 4WD. Also, you won't see any dogfights there, but mostly the heavier players ingressing or egressing. Coyote Summit is a good place, and does not require 4WD. Good chance of seeing F-15's, Tornados etc. come through the gap in the mountains there. More info in the attached link. Good luck!
