At first glance, it looked like an F-16. However, after messing with the contrast of the photo it appears to be a twin tailed aircraft. Does anybody remember back in October of 2001 Steve Hauser managed to capture what appeared to be a MiG-29 Fulcrum taxiing from Tikaboo Peak? This is my guess as of right now.
