Newer satellite images, published by the Federation of American Scientists, show damage due to flooding at the north end of the old runway. The new runway, east and parallel to the old one, appears to be a wider, and also elevated to prevent flooding.
The northern half of the old runway, from the central taxiway on north, is no longer used. It is marked as unused with red "X"-es, as can be seen in some of the images.
