The use of "TKM by the Beeches is interesting. In the US and Canada the ICAO coes is determined by adding K or C to the three-letter IATA airport code.
Tikal's ICAO code is MGTK, and it appears to be assigned to both Flores (IATA FRS)and Tikal (IATA TKM)airports. Not sure of the distinction.
There may be exceptions, but I haven't heard of them.
In the rest of the world the codes are often quite different. The first ICAO letter typically is the region, and the second is the country. For example Framkfurt, Germany:
IATA - FRA
ICAO - EDDF
