I found a photo of this plane at Mena, and oh please, no Mena drug running stories. Ollie North has enough problems.

I'm not sure the plane is spook related, since most of the other places it has visited seem routine. The plane does spend quite a bit of time in the desert. It has left LAS for HDN(yampa valley, CO), but will fly to Moapa (u08) Monday.
