I was trying to put the border location from the Nellis range map onto my CDROM topo map. I found a hill to the north of Groom road that may have views into the base. Take a look at this map and let me know if it is outside the border or not.

If we own that hill, I can figure out what can be seen, but don't want to invest the time if "we" don't own it. It would be a 1.3 mile hike from the road, but the terrain is childs play compared to Tikaboo.
