LN stands for Lincoln County mile markers along Hwy 375. In this case I picked up the frequency along Hwy 375, between mile marker 24 and 19 (between the Black Mailbox and Coyote Summit).
They seem to be using digital encryption. Please email me for more details and frequencies. They temd to get changed as soon as they are published.
