Just for the record, when we were at Rachel (thanks --Ralph
for the wonderful time, guys!) my wife and I went for
an afternoon drive (on a wednesday). We were lucky
to spot the following aircraft:
1) a grey UAV (unmanned reconnessaince plane)
2) an F16 fighter (he buzzed us and scared my wife!!:-)
3) an A10
4) a black, very quiet, unmarked jet, very low altitude.
This jet had a thick, cylindrical fuselage, and flew
quite slowly (for a jet, that is)
All aircraft were seen over Tikaboo valley, while
driving over the 'road' to Tempiute. (If you're ever
there, do drive this road, it's a great, spooky,
road to nowhere)
