"They"...who are you presuming that "They" are? I can say (without known retribution) that "They" are not aliens, greys, lttile green men, or the humanoids. "They" are people (and organizations) like the Skunkworks, Boeing, NASA-Dryden, and Raytheon (not to mention Lockheed-Tactical)...that wish to make "Their" presence (at the convience of "Their" employer) a mystery to the rest of us.

It really amazes me that when something in the sky is not readily identifiable to the observer, they are so apt to assume that "it" is "they".
