Thanks for posting the info, Norio. I have a description and photo of the radio repeater in the [Area 51 Info] section, under "New Radio Repeater by South Tikaboo Road Gate".
Keith and I visited it again recently, and figured out some details, which I will add to the page shortly.
It appears to be a relay transmitter, linked to the Bald Mountain installation.
