Since the shuttle operation is very much in the open, I would say there is no chance it ever landed at Groom Lake or the TTR. The shuttle needs special hardware on the ground in order for it to land. [Remember, it is a glider, so there is no second chance.] It would be an interesting question if such hardware is installed at any of those bases. I know that some shuttle landing sites have been deactivated over the years. Crows Landing in California is one such site.
