One of the world’s toughest air combat training environments, Exercise Red Flag Nellis 24-1, has now begun.
Approximately 150 Royal Australian Air Force 🇦🇺 aviators have joined counterparts from the United States 🇺🇸 and United Kingdom 🇬🇧 to hone their war-fighting skills.
From 15 January to 2 February at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada USA, six RAAF F-35A Lightning II aircraft and aviators will work alongside members of the United States Air Force and Royal Air Force.
Exercise Red Flag 🚩 is a training environment that recreates the first ten missions of a modern air campaign to provide invaluable experience for all participants.
