It's an aerial target drone. 5th Generation Aerial Target. In one of my previous jobs, I worked on a ground-test plan for the 5GAT. The document had a lot of extraneous, detailed information that didn't strictly need to be there for the purposes of the test but it was mildly interesting to see as I had not heard of that project before. That was about four or five years ago, I think.
