Nice work! I think the docs online are not up to date. The parcel was subdivided for several hangars and I believe Ribeiro is the company managing the properties. The one in question, the square building in the middle of the group, would have the address 1350 Jet Stream Drive. Not a lot of hits online for that address. Including Ribeiro, a "True 90210 LLC" in CA, a "McIntosh 20375 LLC" in FL and a "EH & KJ Holdings LLC in WY. The latter two were founded very recently.
