Remember there was a tanker refueler who did an interview for some online source (was it Tyler Rogoway's site?) and they discussed classified airframes did come to sip fuel and that there are whole sets of procedures for those that differ from fueling a non-classified bird. Beyond that he couldn't talk much about it but apparently got some certificate in his SCIF that he was the first to refuel a new classified aircraft and he can only see it in the SCIF until it's declassified if ever.
