To the best of my knowledge there has never been any evidence or corroboration of any aspect of the "F-121 Sentinel" story. There is nothing to support the notion of any aircraft or program having any aspect of the "F-121" description, much less it's designation.

The "F-121" appears to be entirely the product of someone's imagination.
