Ward Carroll did the interview and he has awesome an awesome Youtube site with great breakdowns of aviation history and interviews. My only gripe is his obvious, and annoying, pro-Navy bias. The first clip listed is titled "Deep Intel on the U.S. Navy's Top Secret MiG Program". This is despite Heater stating they were AF System Command jets, operated at the AF Area-51, etc. All the photos of pilots involved in flying the Migs were 80-90 percent Air Force with 1 or 2 Navy aviators. Getting outside, ie Navy influence, into the program was clearly important but to describe the Program(s) as Navy is a joke.
