Trailing static cone/trailing air data sensor or trailing cone. "Simple means of calibrating the static pressure (altitude reporting) error of an aircraft's pitot-static system".

What's interesting to me is it looks to be built into the airframe, whereas the B-2 had an external orange pod attached to the top rear of it during its tests.
