33rd Air Base, Powidz, Poland. Was not easy to find. After looking at every US air base, and coming up empty, I finally realized it must be a military video, so it must be on DVIDS (Defence Visual Information Distribution Service). Sure enough, it was. 08-15-2018: "Four F-22 Raptors from the 95th Fighter Squadron, 325th Fighter Wing, Tyndall Air Force Base, forward deployed from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany to Powidz Air Base, Poland on August 14th for theater familiarization and to conduct interoperability with Polish and NATO aircraft."
