You can launch them from anywhere ... they can't see 'em ... they can't hear 'em ... and they can loiter for up to 60 hours. I know they were designed for a different theater of operations, but can you imagine the psychological impact of having a few dozen of these descend out of the clouds over the Kremlin for a photo op, and then just disappearing again?
