OT: Interesting activity off Monterrey Bay

a B52, callsign 0000000, a stratotanker doing racetracks, and a mystery aircraft - possibly off an aircraft carrier, callsign LBRTY51 - west of Monterrey Bay. B52 did lots of orbits, now heading back to mainland, while the mystery craft is headed into the center of activity of the 52's orbits
