I know of at least one exercise that was blinded by a cloud of chaff that 'came from nowhere'. All the players had to fight without AESA. There was uproar, but brass up on high told them to 'improvise, adapt'.

If I were a chaos creator, I'd have my HALE dropping smaller UAS that scattered chaff to the winds. Poof. Just like that.

I'd also want to know how far the 35 could see me, especially when they were not specifically looking.
