Interesting! NGAD at TTR would explain the upgrades at TTR in recent years. A ton of money has been poured into the base. And taking a look around Tonopah it is very obvious that suddenly there is more money in town. TTR is by far the largest employer in Tonopah. So, are we saying the manned NGAD component is at TTR and the AI drones are at Groom? That to me is the most likely new tenant project in hangars 20-23, where those huge new covers were built. And the new data center.
