I guess you don't have to know how to spell (or know how to use a spell checker!) to be a Congressman. :-) Yes, I have filed a formal complaint about some procedural mistakes that were made with the Office of the Inspector General of the DOJ. Their reply is the fourth link on that page. They forwarded my complaint about the FBI to.... THE FBI!!! How insane is that?! I never heard another word.
