Foreign tech, in particular radar systems, is actually one of the most important features of the NTTR. They have just about any enemy radar that exists. Most of the more sensitive ones are hidden from view in Emigrant Valley, north of Area 51. But some of them are in plain sight at the Rachel Gate or North Gate. See attached link.
