from my readings, the article this is belived ot be in reference to has never advanced beyond a wind tunnel, and phantom works are pumping out designs on a yearly basis via rapid prototyping, similar to how Elon Musk advances his rocket programs so quickly. Also, for the sake of it, let's assume there is an operational article; it would only be a demonstrator - think what Tacit Blue is to the B-2; the predecessor, but practically unrecognizable.
