I wonder whether "The Tooth" is actually newly built/recent project or something that flew for a quite long time already. If there are other pics it means that it may fly for a while already. Definitely not related to neither Kansas nor Wichita 2014 sightings. Southwest operational bases includes Luke AFB, Davis-Monthan AFB, Kirtland(big candidate IMO), Holloman. I persoanlly don't know whether California includes to the SW US states but if yes, then, my bets are: Nevada is rather dull when it comes to operational bases, however we still have some - TTR... and... yep, TTR itself. Remote bases would be Groom and maybe some place in AK or some sweety place on water - Pacific Ocean has some good candidates. Were the early 90's sonic booms Thursday skyquakes related directly in any way to "The Tooth"? - asking with a hopefull voice :)
