It was an abhorrent dereliction in my opinion, to allow it to fall into Chinese hands as it was up to that point, known that they did not have anything even remotely similar or as capable, and it is a boon for signature control in heavily defended airspace where you need every scrap of advantage you can gather.
There is a highly classified piece of technology inside of that airframe that should have been bombed back into the stone ages.
