It actually looks identical to the Northrop Grumman SensorCraft proposal, which is widely believed to have been the basis for the so-called "RQ-180" P-ISR platform. Interestingly, the overall appearance of the aircraft pictured calls to mind the "Great White Bat" theme/nickname that has been associated with that platform in certain circles. Also, people really need to stop screaming "copycat" every time some new UAV, fighter, bomber, transport, or spaceplane is unveiled. Form follows function. The engineers are designing to meet a set of requirements. Those specifications drive the design process. There are only so many shapes available to choose from for any given set of performance and capabilities requirements.
