I came into an interest in the Black Ops world when I was able to look at Area 51 in Google Maps. I looked at the rest of the Nevada Test Site, Creech, Tonopah, and then over to China Lake, etc. I started looking at FAA No-Fly zones to get a gauge of new places to look at. The FAA has online visuals for this info at: https://tfr.faa.gov/tfr2/list.html There's one in particular I don't quite get: https://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_0_5048.html This is outside San Angelo, TX. There is the non-flying Goodfellow AFB out of San Angelo which houses cryptography units, so I assumed the TFR might apply to that. But when I plot the centerpoint of the TFR's circle on the map, it's not at Goodfellow. It's here: https://www.google.com/maps/place/31%C2%B016'47.0%22N+100%C2%B022'34.0%22W/@31.2870679,-100.3642434,8334m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d31.2797222!4d-100.3761111 I'd be more interested if it were from ground level to space, but it's from 3500-18000 feet MSL. Maybe it's waypoint for something?
Which shows both temporary flight restrictions
