When you did the Area 51 50th Birthday Bash, you needed permits from the BLM right? Just wondering if the Inn and research center would need permits for their improvised camp grounds, etc. But more to the point, say a mere 100 people show up at the front or back gate, could the sheriff and NHP disperse the crowd under an un-permited rally of some sort. On BLM land, base security has no jurisdiction under the posse commits act, I'm guessing.

Oh, by the way, parking will be available at the corner of Groom & Coyote for $20 USD a day! LOL
