Cafe? What cafe, on the NTS? I was on the tour over 10 years ago and the only place we actually stopped and got off the bus was at Sedan Crater. I wish they would have let us off at the Apple II houses too. I've seen some documentaries where they were walking around. Not sure if you need a dosimeter there but IIRC, at the Atomic Testing Museum, they told us visitors used to wear them. He continued on, that the readings were always ok, so they did away with them. Hey safety is not a factor, money is! Ha.
