AECOM is believed to be the contractor that operates the Janet flights as well as other services at Groom Lake. They acquired URS Corporation in 2014, which acquired EG&G in 2002.

I didn't go through all the listings, but it appears that most of the jobs listed here require a TS or secret clearance, including the facility custodian position on the first page.

Of particular interest is the First Officer position which requires a 737 type rating.
