The Navy is also a big player at TTR and to some degree at Groom. Janets, mostly the small executive aircraft, and other similar flights have been flying to Point Mugu and to San Nicolas Island for years. The latter in particular has a documented association with Navy Black Projects. BTW: Refueling for test flights out of Area 51 and TTR is mostly done by tankers from Travis AFB using callsign Sierra 99 and sometimes Sierra 98.
