Don't know, I reached out to him as he seems to be "In the know" about Red Flag Units. He said he takes these from the Race Track or on Cheyenne using a Nikon 70-300 lens (That's the same glass I have). As for the RF units, he told me he has a contact involved in RF planning although the info doesn't always pan out. But it is still better than what the Nellis website post (better than nothing).
