Amazing, THANK YOU! It's almost as if the USAF especially wants to withdraw that area in particular, because there is already EXISTING restricted airspace above! Unless it's a MOA, restricted airspace usually coincides with the restricted ground below. In this case, I guess it is particularly difficult because of the Wildlife Refuge! From a national security standpoint, the withdrawal makes a lot of sense! Especially now knowing they already have the airspace above taken care of!
