I think he is saying that someone is suggesting that there may soon be an operational application based on the P-175 Polecat. It might surface as the RQ-175 just as the P-170 became operational as the RQ-170. This may be entirely speculative but I'm sure there were valuable lessons learned from the Polecat project that might eventually be applied to future systems.
