they all look like nasa f-16 based science projects. a couple of them might be old birds from the f16 fsd program (skinnier wings?) or even the lightweight fighter flyoff and the delta one is probably the f-16xl. it looks like my garage where i put stuff that still has parts i might be able to use "someday" for "something". this is probably the NASA SFS (someday for something) collection. somebody that works there should post an answer for you......
