82-0192 is a KC-10A from the 60th AMW at Travis AFB, CA. Travis regularly provides tankers for test and evaluation flights in the ranges. A few years ago when I tracked these flights a common call sign used to be "Sierra 99".

The fact that it came out of Edwards, not Travis, is unusual. The track is over a little used area of the NNSS around Shoshone Peak. Most of the time the aircraft being refueled come out of TTR, but they may have come out of Groom or Yucca or...?
