I am still not entirely sure what to make of the Freeman story. I don't have a link handy but I am sure those not familiar with it can google it. My best guess is that there is a true "core" to it. But he almost certainly embellished certain parts. I think what he claims to have accomplished (in less than perfect health) would be difficult for even a survivalist in excellent shape to do.
