I agree, truck looks real, dudes look real, but their actions are very unprofessional and if real, will most certainly get them in trouble now that the video has been posted in a forum that is being monitored. I have been up to that same gate many times, in my truck, on my quad and on a dirt bike. You trip a bunch of road sensors on the way up, so the cammos come up, usually from the BG guard shack, but keep their distance. The road "inside" is actually in fairly good shape, so sometimes they come down from inside the perimeter if a patrol is close enough for that to make sense. In 18+ years I have never seen the cammos behave as pictured in the video, even when provoked, in my younger (and stupider) years.
