I was recently driving around in Los Angeles and I noticed a handful of nearly identical "strange" towers in two completely separate locations throughout the city. At first glance I thought it may be some sort of "gunshot detection system" but i could not find any photos suggesting what i saw is in fact a GDS. I know this is a extremely off topic in regards of Area 51 and Black Projects but i figured with all the military vets and enthusiasts on DLR there might be some chance of solving this mystery.
