Thanks, Richard. I contacted Nellis PAO and they came up with the same base for the Su-30s, but didn't have any base info on the ROK F-15s. They told me that the ROK F-15s "came straight from the factory at St Louis and are the first Slam Eagles to have the P/W F100 engines."
